Jess found Yoga while in a corperate role in her home country England in 2011. After moving to Silicon Valley in 2015, she pursued her passion and completed her 200RYT in Vinyasa, Yin & Power. Having experience in teaching at various levels her focus in now in Hatha, Alignment based and Slow flow where she combines breathwork Pranayama and mediation to allow students to loose themselves in the practice, focus on their own needs and free themselves from stress or worry. Having studied as a Nutritional Health Coach bringing calmness and individual awareness to a practice is important to her, and encourages students to find their true needs in their practice. Her studies continue with 300RYT that will complete in Oct. 2021. As much as she brings a calm mindful practice, you will build strength and energy to your practice with a soothing stretch cool down.
