About the Event
Join Angela from Plant Your Intention on the AwareWolf rooftop for a plant potting workshop where you 'plant your intention'. We'll start with a 45 minute yoga flow to move our bodies, followed by a mini meditation, sound bath and journaling exercise to get clear on the intention you'd like to plant. Then Angela will guide us through the workshop, as you plant your intentions alongside your plant. Hot tea will be served.
Ticket includes: yoga, hot tea, one plant, soil, pot, and workshop.
