Date Yourself Night

Take yourself out for a date night complete with dancing, sound bath and cacao!

You'll learn to worship your inner empress by freeing your spirit and honoring your body. We will start the night with a guided meditation + sound bath to tune into your rhythms and release the confines of the ego. After, we will get our bodies warmed up with stretching, then move into belly dancing drills to strengthen our abs & glutes. Lastly, turning what we have learned into a beautiful choregraphed story of your divine feminine power!

There is something about getting dolled up, for YOURSELF - so put on your feel good and comfortable outfit (bell bottoms, long flowy skirts recommended for dancing), wear lipstick, earrings or any other accessiroes that have you feeling your sexiest! Bring a yoga mat and water! Tea and Cacao will be served.
