About the Event
Join Adrienne Johnson, owner of The Lioness Touch, yoga, massage, & holistic health, for this balancing yoga workshop to support your body and mind amid the holiday stress. This workshop will help you improve your balancing skills, connect to your playful side, and leave you feeling more grounded and stable!
This workshop will include:
- A grounding pranayama (breath), practice
- Education around balancing biomechanics and anatomy
- A 60-minute yoga flow that will teach you how to challenge and navigate your balance while improving stability
- An extended prop-supported savasana
After savasana, we’ll practice a short guided meditation, followed by an opportunity for guided journaling and reflection. In addition, there will be two types of balancing herbal tea (caffeine-free) provided for your enjoyment. You will also receive a free eye pillow gift with the purchase of a ticket!
