Alyssa is dedicated to the health and wellness of the community and inspiring students to reach their highest potential in life, on and off the mat through personal training, yoga and mediation. She combines music, meditation and strength in her artful vinyasa classes, and brings deep relaxation with self reflection in her yin and restore classes.
“With a past struggle of Anxiety, depression and motivation, I found through yoga many tools to achieve happiness, feel satisfaction, gratitude for life and strength to take anything that life throws my way. My daily practice has helped transform my life and open my eyes to the abundances that life has to offer, I do believe that it is my souls purpose to help others find and use the very same tools i used to overcome the unnecessary human suffering of life. currently i teach a variety of yoga including Vinyasa, yin, weighted yoga, Dhurva, meditation and restore which i believe each have special aspects we all need at different times in our daily lives”.
