Craig has been practicing yoga since 2012. As an avid weightlifter, Craig quickly noticed an improvement in range of motion, chronic pain, and body awareness. As the months and years of practice continued, Craig was able to tap in on the mental aspects of yoga as it helped him relieve stress and sharpened his attention and concentration. Craig completed his teacher training in 2016 and has been teaching ever since. He teaches a vigorous vinyasa sequence that incorporates basic calisthenics and isometric holds. Craig’s classes are intended to help students find their edge and discover their strengths.
