Hi! I’m Lindsey, and welcome to my take on yoga. . . yoga for every-BODY! After using yoga to heal from a chronic illness, I began sharing this practice in 2014. My classes are accessible to all levels with an emphasis on simplicity, playfulness and education to help you develop your yoga and meditation daily self-practices! I blend the traditional Indian practices of yoga with science and personal experience for the modern yogi. In my classes, I’ll invite you to work on all five layers of the body through asana, breath work and sound. And don’t worry— you don’t have to know what any of this means yet. Just come with an openness to learn!
I started practicing yoga when I was 8-years-old and through my studies am certified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Akhanda Yoga, Raj Yoga, Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra and Yin. At the moment, I’m earning my 95 hour children’s yoga certification. My most influential teachers have been Indian masters Yogacharya Lalit and Vishva-Ji.
While I have a daily yoga practice, I believe yoga is a holistic practice meant to be incorporated into life off the mat. Off the mat, you can find me swimming in the ocean, reading historical fiction, playing the ukulele, experimenting with new foods in the kitchen, or connecting with other like-hearted entrepreneurial friends.

Coherence Meditation 1:
An 8-week meditation course to create and solidify one of the most powerful daily meditation practices that was developed in the Himalayas thousands of years ago. This Vedic based meditation has been extensively studied and is proven to reduce stress, increase resilience (the speed at which you’re able to adapt to stress/ demands), create coherence and communication between the areas of the brain, and increase focus and energy. Throughout this course, you will learn the meditation, 8 styles of breath work, daily tools to amplify the meditation and all of the science behind this ancient practice. I wouldn’t go a day without this powerful practice, and teaching it to students is my greatest honor and passion. Check the website for the next start date.
Joshua Tree Yoga Retreats:
Let’s talk retreats! Pre-covid I was leading yoga and meditation retreats internationally, mostly in Bali and Spain. This pandemic has brought me closer to home and I am honored to now be offering local retreats in Joshua Tree (covid test required). These magical weekends include Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Vibration Raja, Yin and Yoga Nidra along with meditation, breath work, and ceremony. I co-create with a local plant based chef to facilitate a deeply restorative, relaxing, and nourishing weekend with like-hearted community. Check my website for the latest offering and dates.
